Richard Perry
Richard Perry has been building new homes in the Lexington area since the 1970's. He has built both custom and spec homes. "I enjoy working with people to turn their dreams into a reality. I want the customer to have a pleasant experience building out their home, look forward to moving in, and thoroughly enjoy it when they do move in."
The homes Richard has designed and built are mostly architecturally designed specifically for the sight and the neighborhood. Attention to detail and his phasing in of new products and ideas have separated him from the competition. The same values hold true for remodeling, but new home construction has been his main focus.
Peter Kelley
Peter Kelley started working in the trades during the summers while a junior in high school. He quickly developed a keen interest in the rehabilitation of older structures. With a natural eye to bring details of a multifaceted project together, he is constantly helping his customers realize their dreams.
Not being one to shy away from letting you know his opinion, his customers always have plenty of choices to make. Peter will undertake virtually any job large or small whether it be a new home, a renovation, or an addition but his passion lies with traditional and historic structures.
